Collections

Collections gather approved assets into an order that means something. Open them from the collections route.

Ordering

Order is set with move controls on each member: up moves an asset one place earlier, down one place later. The first member cannot move up and the last cannot move down. The order shown is the order exported, so set it deliberately before sharing a collection.

Export

An export is the collection members in order, each in the record shape from the Library docs:

Exports carry titles and ids only; rights states are read from the library at the time of use, so an export never goes stale on a later decision.

Profiles

A collection profile is the collection plus its rules:

• Name and member order.
• Whether restricted assets are allowed as members (they are not, by default).
• Whether under-review assets may be listed (they may, marked as awaiting a decision).

A profile that breaks its own rules refuses to export until the offending member is removed or decided. See the Rights docs for the states involved.
