Review
Review is where assets earn their rights state. Open the queue from the review route.

The queue
The queue lists assets awaiting a decision, newest first, with the record fields from the Library docs: title, type, license window, and collection. An asset leaves the queue the moment a decision is recorded for it.
Compare versions
When an asset has more than one version, compare them before deciding. The current version carries the license window that applies; earlier versions stay visible so the change is auditable. A decision always applies to the current version, never to a superseded one.
Decisions
Three decisions exist:
- Approved — the asset is cleared for the license window shown.
- Under review — no decision yet; the asset must not be published.
- Restricted — the asset must not be used outside the workspace.
Record the decision with its reason. A decision without a reason is not reviewable later, so the queue requires one.
After a decision
A decided asset shows its new state everywhere at once: in the library, in collections that contain it, and in rights warnings. If an asset was approved and its license window later passes, treat it as unapproved until a new decision is recorded; the Rights docs explain windows.
